Island Thyme Cheese Torte

Combine 16 oz. cream cheese, 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese, one 8 oz. can crushed pineapple well drained, and this spice pack. Mix well, shape into ball, and roll in crushed nuts. Flatten ball forming a circle. Wrap and refrigerate 2 hours. Before serving, top with Giuseppe’s Strawberry Pineapple Jalapeno, Red Raspberry Jalapeno, Peach Mango

Jalapeno, or Apricot Amaretto Preserves and finish by sprinkling nuts around the edge of the Torte. Makes one large Torte to serve with assorted

crackers.

 

Ingredient Statement: Chopped onion, red and green bell pepper flakes, chives, garlic, sea salt, thyme, white pepper,  celery seed, and cayenne pepper
