Creamy Carrot Pineapple Torte
Combine 16 oz. cream cheese, 8oz well drained crushed pineapple, 8oz shredded cheddar cheese, and this spice pack. Mix well, shape into ball, and roll in crushed nuts. Flatten ball forming a circle. Wrap and refrigerate 2 hours. Before serving, top with Giuseppe’s Peach Mango Jalapeno or our Southern Pecan Sauce. Makes one large Torte to enjoy with gingersnaps or butter crackers.
