Lemon Ricotta Cheese Torte

Combine 16 oz cream cheese, 1/3 cup Ricotta cheese, & spice pack. Mix well, shape into ball, and roll in crushed graham cracker crumbs, mixed with 2 tbs. sugar and 1/2 stick melted butter, or pecans and walnuts crushed together. Slightly flatten the ball. Wrap and Refrigerate for 2 hours. Before serving, top with Wild Blueberry Champagne Jam. Sprinkle nuts around the edge of the torte. Enjoy with your favorite cracker.
