Combine 16 oz. tub cream cheese, this spice pack, two 4 oz cans of rinsed and drained shrimp or crabmeat, and 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. Mix well and roll ball in crushed nuts. Flatten slightly and form well in center of mixture. Can wrap and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, fill center with cocktail sauce. Make your own cocktail sauce by adding prepared horseradish and fresh lemon juice to your favorite catsup. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes one large Cheese Torte.
