Giuseppe's Own Spaghetti Sauce
This is my Great Grandfathers's favorite sauce he made to have beef added to. This is a meat sauce with a little bit of heat added.
In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, add one 14 oz can of crushed tomatoes, and the contents of this package. Now, brown 1/2 lb. of ground sirloin or Sausage of your choice (we use beef for sampling) drain the meat and blend it into the saucepan. Makes a very thick sauce you can thin with water. Simmer for at least 20 minutes, or all day on low heat. This is Giuseppe’s favorite sauce developed after the 1933 World’s Fair
Ingredients: Garlic powder, Chili Peppers, Sea Salt, Paprika, Chopped Onions, Parsley, Crushed Red Pepper, Black pepper, Nutmeg, and spices.
