In large pan, cook sausage and ground chuck over med heat until brown. Drain well. Add crushed tomatoes, seasoning mix and olive oil and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix and set aside. In medium bowl mix together ricotta cheese and a beaten egg. Spray the bottom of a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and spread 2 cups sauce. Add a layer of Lasagna noodles. Add a layer of ricotta mixture. Top with a mixed layer of mozzarella and provolone slices. Repeat 2 layers. Spray foil with cooking spray and cover the pan with foil. Bake for 45 minutes in 375 preheated oven. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese. May make night before and bake next day. Serves 12.
