Clam Chowder Mix
IIn a 4-quart saucepan, add 6 1/2 cups of water and the dehydrated vegetables in this bag. Bring to a boil for 15 minutes. Stir in the remaining contents of this bag and two tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add three six oz. cans of chopped clams, and 2 cups of heavy cream or evaporated milk. Simmer for 10 additional minutes, stirring occasionally. Corn is an excellent substitute for clams.
