Southwest Chicken Chowder Mix
In a 4-quart saucepan, add 6 1/2 cups of water, two tablespoons of unsalted butter and the dehydrated vegetables in this bag. Bring to a boil for 15 minutes. Stir in the remaining contents of this bag, Add a 12.5 oz. can of premium chicken breast (rinsed and drained), a 12 oz. package of Frozen Southwest style Vegetables, diced jalapenos to your taste, and 2 cups of heavy cream or evaporated milk. Simmer for 10 additional minutes, stirring occasionally.
