Chicken Piccata Soups Mix
Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add 4 tbsps olive oil and the pasta in this bag. Bring to a boil for 8 minutes and whisk in the seasoning in this bag and then add 1 1/2 tbsps unsalted butter, and 8oz. sliced mushrooms (Bella preferred). Simmer at a low boil for 8 additional minutes. Add (1) 12.5 oz. can of Chicken Breast (rinsed & drained) and 2 tbsps Capers. Let simmer for 10 additional minutes. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese. Enjoy this culinary delight from Northern Italy!
