Clam Chowder Mix

In a 4-quart saucepan, add 4 cups of water, 2 X 14 ½ oz. cans of diced potatoes and this seasoning pack. Bring to a low boil for 10 minutes. Stir in two tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add three six oz. cans of chopped clams, and 2 cups of heavy cream or evaporated milk. Simmer for 10 additional minutes, stirring occasionally. Corn is an excellent substitute for clams.
Ingredients: Cornstarch, Chopped Onions, Sea Salt,  Celery, Carrots, Worcestershire powder(Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable and Fruit (Onion, Tomato and Apple), Caramel Color, Spices and Yeast Extract), Maltodextrin, Spices, Caramel Color and Garlic Powder), Granulated Garlic, White Pepper.
