Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake Mix is made with Saigon Cinnamon(Best of the Best). Add mix to 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. warm water in mixing bowl. Beat for 2 minutes on low with mixer. Pour 1/2 batter in 8 X 8 inch greased pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the streusel mix evenly over batter. Pour remaining batter over top. Sprinkle the rest of the streusel mix over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes Yields 9 servings.
