Lemon Chicken Soup Mix

Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add 4 tbsps. olive oil and the pasta in this bag. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes and whisk in the seasoning in this bag and then add 1 1/2 tbsps. unsalted butter.  Add (1) 12.5 oz. can of Chicken Breast (rinsed & drained) and (Optional) 2 tbsps. Capers. Let simmer for 10 additional minutes. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese. Enjoy this culinary delight from Northern Italy!
