In a skillet melt 1/4 cup butter. Add one tablespoon from this seasoning pack and heat on low for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 1/4 cups whipping cream or half and half. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Add 1 cup freshly gratedParmesan cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Toss prepared fettuccine (drained but not rinsed) with sauce and stir for two minutes before serving. This spice packet make 4 batches of Alfredo Sauce. May add sautéed mushrooms, sweet peas and shaved ham or sautéed shrimp to this Italian favorite.
